Compulsory equipment: 1 water reserve of 1.5 liters – 1 cup – food reserve – 1 survival blanket – 1 whistle – 1 mobile phone with GPS – 1 cap or buff – 1 ID

From 06:00: runners check-in at Aiguines

06:30: Departure
